Literally translated, Izakaya is a «sake shop in which to linger» – sake meaning Japan’s renowned rice wine. An «Izakaya» is a lively and informal eatery found in every Japanese village and town, and it takes you on a journey through authentic Japanese cuisine. Enjoy handmade vegyoza (delicious dumplings filled with vegetables), seaweed salad, spicy tuna tataki, tender beef entrecôte, crispy chicken with yuzu mayonnaise and many other delicious specialities.
