We are a partner of the Zurich Public Transport Association (ZVV). On all scheduled routes, ZVV zone tickets, the Swiss Travelcard (GA), Junior Travelcard and Children's Co-Travelcard are valid.

Depending on the type of boat and number of passengers, space on board may be limited. For this reason we cannot guarantee transportation of bicycles. Bicycles are not permitted on River Limmat boats.
If accompanied bicycle transportation is possible, you need to purchase an additional regular ZVV ticket (2nd class, discount prices) or an SBB day pass. The most cost effective way to travel locally with a bicycle is to buy a ZVV ticket. For longer distances, it's worth buying an SBB day pass.

We regret that due to restricted boarding facilities, the width of wheelchairs, prams, etc. must not exceed 80 cm.
River Limmat boats are not wheelchair-accessible. Prams are permitted in limited number and must be folded.
Passengers with reduced mobility and resident in Switzerland can apply for a "Disabled Passenger's ID Card". This entitles the holder to be accompanied by a travelling companion and/or guide dog free of charge. For full details, please consult the SBB website.
There are two ways of travelling with a "Disabled Passenger's ID Card":
- The disabled passenger possesses a "Disabled Passenger's ID Card" as well as a valid travel ticket (full-fare ticket, Swiss Travelcard (GA), or ticket with Half-Fare Travelcard). The accompanying passenger travels free of charge.
- The accompanying person possesses a valid travel ticket (full-fare ticket, Swiss Travelcard (GA), or ticket with Half-Fare Travelcard). The disabled passenger possesses a "Disabled Passenger's ID Card" and travels free of charge.
Small dogs may travel free of charge in bags, baskets or other suitable containers.
In all other cases, the reduced 2nd class fare is to be paid.
Advance table reservations are possible only in our on-board restaurants. If you do not wish to consume food and beverages, please select any non-reserved seat once you are on board.

In shipping, unforeseen circumstances and delays cannot always be prevented. With effect from 1 January 2021, passengers will therefore be able to claim compensation if they reach their destination with a delay of 60 or more minutes. This new regulation will appliy to all public transport throughout Switzerland.
